Roller Garage Doors

 Advantages

Roller garage doors offer a range of benefits over traditional garage door types, including:

• Security: The robust construction, featuring double-skinned aluminium construction with foam core.  A safety edge which is triggered when obstacles are encountered under the door. Safety brake to prevent curtain fall.

• Insulation: The doors are beneficial in keeping the elements out with a  higher level of insulation than a standard up and over door. Rubber seal on the bottom lathe minimizes gaps between door and floor.

• Space Saving Design: Utilising a vertical opening mechanism, the doors maximise garage space as there is no internal projection of door or tracks.

• Easy to Operate: The doors are seamlessly operated via remote control operation, with a manual crank handle for power outage situations. Two remote control handsets come as standard, with additional handsets available.

• Customisable: Customers can choose from a wide range of colour options, including matching to RAL, BS, and Farrow & Ball colours.

Disadvantages

• Aesthetics – Roller doors are all standard horizontal lathes.  The only customisable options is the size, colour and vision lathes.
